Honestly, an exceptional customer service and a wonderful staff. We arrived early to Prague and I had an important work meeting to take, so I decided to take my call at the hotel, and the staff assisted me with no problems and with total ease. The room was a very good size for the price, warm, and facilitated. They had all the amenities needed to assist your stay and keep you comfortable. The hotel was located strategically close to the center and public transport, a 10 minute walk takes you to the national museum and the state opera as well as the Prague train station. Out of all, the thing that stood out the most was the staff, each one of them was kind, attentive and remarkably hospitable. We enjoyed our stay at the royal court hotel, and I recommend it to anyone visiting Prague.

Arrived early and the room wasn't ready but the lovely man stored our bags for us so we could go out exploring and gave us a welcome shot too of some Czech liquor. Came back at 2 when the room was ready and loved our room! Comfy bed with massive pillows, good TV, mini fridge, really high ceilings, and air-conditioning!!! (We'd just come from a hotel without so made a MASSIVE difference.) The room was large with a hallway/entrance before the actual bedroom and nice bathroom with good shower. A bit of a walk to some places but can catch and uber for cheap. Great restaurants with great prices around the hotel. Didn't have their breakfast but the set up looked good. All in all great time; thanks Royal Court!

the hotel is placed in 10 min 🚶🏻‍♀️to the center (Museum particularly), and it’s very convenient because I haven’t had to use the public transport (which is by the way is very developed here). I ordered twice “Bolt food” and the courier had not any problem to find my hotel. the staff speaks several languages (English, Ukrainian, russian) and is very polite and helpful 24/7. My room was very very clean and I liked particularly that there was no noise, nor from the street neither from the neighbors. my room was cleaned every day. I’m very satisfied having chosen this hotel.) and also the stuff offered free 🍺 beer for all the guests))

The room was impeccably clean, and a great size for the money I spent. Bed was comfortable, and shower facilities were good. The staff on the reception desk (specifically Lia and Bota) were so friendly and helpful, from helping me with directions to booking a taxi to the airport. The hotel is a 15-min walk from the Prague Congress Centre, which was very convenient for my stay, but it's also not too far away from the old town, and there's a metro station nearby.

i think this is a 3 star hotel and i would say it is a good 3 star hotel. Room was basic but clean maybe a little small especially as we had a superior room but it suited our needs. hotel only has a breakfast room, no bar or lounge area. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of choices including hot food, cereal, meats, salads, cheeses and yoghurt and fruit. Staff were excellent and all spoke very good English. Good location for seeing Prague
